Star chef Frank Buchholz is one of the best cooks in Europe and plays a leading role in maintaining the "haute cuisine". His specialty: simple, excellent recipes with top-quality ingredients. He became known to a wider audience through the TV cooking duel Vox Kochduell.

Fissler and Frank Buchholz have been partners for many years. Frank Buchholz tests product innovations for Fissler and participates in national advertising campaigns.
After the "Kochwerkstatt" and "Restaurant Buchholz" opened in Mainz, Fissler is regularly a guest at cookery courses and seminars there.

Fissler is a cooperation partner of J.R.E., an association of Germany's top young chefs. Fissler supports these professional cooks with the pots and pans they require in the renowned Fissler quality.
