Fissler’s vitaquick pressure cooker and Fissler’s stainless steel roaster rated “excellent”
Fissler delivers premium cookware quality once again, scoring the rating of “excellent” for two different products.
ETM Testmagazin put two Fissler products to the test. Both products passed the test with flying colors and brought home the rating of “excellent” to Idar-Oberstein in Germany’s Rhineland-Palatinate.
The testers were particularly impressed by the handling and functionality of the 6-liter vitaquick pressure cooker. Both characteristics were rated “excellent”. In particular, they noted the pressure cooker’s fast build-up to the right temperature and pressure and its even heat distribution. Not only was the vitaquick rated “excellent”, it was also the winner in the price-to-performance category, showing that “Made in Germany” continues to stand for excellent quality.
In another test, ETM Testmagazin examined five stainless steel roasters. In first place: Fissler’s Induktion stainless steel roaster (38 cm), also rated “excellent”. The roaster’s most convincing feature was its roasting performance: Within a short period of time, meat browns evenly and releases roasting aromas. In addition, the induction-compatible roaster boasts the largest capacity (8.8 l) at a weight of only 3.0 kg and has a sophisticated glass lid that allows cooks to monitor the cooking status without losing heat by lifting the lid. The slightly offset handles ensure comfortable and safe handling and the lid can also be raised and lowered smoothly. Although the roaster can heat up to 300°F within 1.02 minutes, the handles only heat up to around 100°F and therefore remain safe to touch.
