It is good cooker BUT I am having a GREAT DIFFICULTY IN assessing how to count the time after BLUE RING HAS REACHED SECOND LEVEL. THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM BEGINS IN TIMING. TODAY I HAD MISHAP WITH COOKING WITH THE RICE AND LENTIL LEFT SOGGY. I RE COOKED IT & STARTED TO GET JUST BURNING SMELLY. LUCKILY I GOT IN TIME & MOVED IT OF THE HEAT. I CANNOT FIND ANY RELEVANT INFORMATION ON VITAQUICK COOKER. PLEASE PLEASE HELP & SEND ME YOUR CONTACT NO SO I CAN RING & ENJOY THIS COOKER. MANY THANKS. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU.
