If you experience a problem with your pressure cooker, please perform a water test exactly as outlined in the attachment below. Pictures or video clips to illustrate the issue are always useful. Please send always a picture of the underside of the lid. If you have an older model, use the instructions for the vitaquick® and adjust them accordingly to your model.
