Chocolate Fudge

Preparation time : 10 minutes

14 oz white baking chocolate

12 marshmallows

1/3 cup pistachios

1/4 cup dried cherries



Step by step

  1. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt in a bowl using a water bath. Halve the marshmallows and roughly chop the pistachios.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into a pan and arrange the marshmallows, pistachios and cherries on top. Cool the chocolate in the refrigerator for around 1 hour and break into small pieces.

Just as tasty: Dark chocolate with toppings of your choice!
