Lamb with spices

  • 400 g shoulder of lamb
  • 125 cream
  • 125 ml red wine (dry)
  • 4 shallots
  • soup vegetables
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 clove
  • 4 allspice grains
  • 1 spoon of clarified butter
  • 1 spoon of flour butter
  • salt and pepper

Fry the small sliced shallots, the sliced soup vegetables and the meat with clarified butter in a pressure cooker.


Add garlic and season with pepper and salt.


Add the bay leaf, clove and allspice grains and deglaze it with red wine.


Then pressurize the mass in the pressure cooker. For that: close the lid, cooking level on 3., put the stove on full heat. As soon as the yellow ring appears, reduce the heat. Now the cooking time of 20 minutes starts.


After that, release pressure by pushing the button on the lid handle.


Remove the meat on the pot and bring the meat juice to a boil with cream and the flour butter and taste it. Arrange the food. Good side dishes are potato wedges.
