    I bought the 11-inch for use on my new GE Cafe Induction range (on a 11-inch burner). It takes a long time for the skillet to heat up and is the only skillet that I have to run on high heat burner selection to cook. I have a set of Fissler Classic stainless steel cookware that work fine on the same induction stove.
