  • Very disappointed. Don't buy this.

    I rate my stainless pure-profi products 10/10 but this non-stick pan is a huge disappointment. Takes much too long to heat on induction hobs and off gasses a plastic smell. Fissler is never transparent about the non-stick material they use on any of their products, so it has to be suspect.

    I own quite a few pans, but this is my absolute favorite! You can sear or simmer, or anything in between, it always comes out perfect. The higher rim is great for making stews, too. And as an added bonus, clean-up is a breeze.
