The Adamant® wok is a kitchen essential for the home chef. Includes a tightly fitting stainless steel lid for recipes that need to be simmered or covered while cooking. Its classic design has deep sloping walls which concentrate heat and cook ingredients much faster than a fry pan. The flat base maximizes the amount of food that can be prepared at one time. Stainless steel double handles feature silicon heat buffers that keep the metal comfortable to the touch. Made in Germany - Since 1845.

    I have two Fissler Adamant frying pans that I have been extremely pleased with, so I decided to buy the Fissler Adamant wok. I love it. It's the perfect size, it heats evenly, it's easy to clean (nothing sticks to it), and I love the stainless steel lid. I would definitely recommend this wok and the other pieces of Adamant nonstick cookware. After using Adamant, I wouldn't buy any other brand of nonstick.

    I bought the Adamant Non Stick Wok with stainless steel lid 12.2 inch in May, 2020. I love the look, the size and the light weight. However, it starts to stick after less than a year of careful use and cleaning. The surface becomes rough. I have 5 stainless steel cookwares by Fissler and am very satisfied. This is my first Fissler non stick cookware and likely my last one.

    Made well like all Fissler products we’ve gotten. The only issue is the cover is bigger than we’d like. It won’t fit upside down in the pan for storage, so it makes it difficult to fit in our cabinets. Takes up a lot of space!
