    This is a high quality pan & is my favorite one to cook with! The sides are high with measurement markings, the bottom is flat & solid which gave an even heat distribution. I threw away 2 of my “nonstick” pans after I received this one because everything stuck or the finish had peeled off. So happy to have a good pan!
