    This pan was given as a Christmas gift to my daughter-in-law, who is a very particular home chef. She was very excited to receive it and has used it four times in four days. She says it is the best frying pan she owns. Heats quickly, oven safe, food doesn't stick, easy to clean. I'm the hero this year :)
