    My Fissler VitaFit pressure cooker from 1994 is holding steam again! I love this pressure cooker and am so relieved to have found a replacement piece here in the US. Previously in-laws would bring any needed parts for me when they visited from Germany.

When I reached out to the customer service to ask how to find a replacement for the gasket, they promptly pointed me here, and I'm so glad that their products are built to last and they'll have replacement parts as well.
