Best pressure-cooker I've owned(5)
The build is ou tof this world, and the cooking.. perfect! The pressure is easy to regulate and once it is reached, I can lower the heat to the lower setting and it still keeps it. I am stunned! This shows this cooker has a great base that keeps the heat nicely. I don't regret my purchase! The only thing I would wish for is a wider base on the 6 quart.

Product cooked a roast well. I'm used to a rocking regulator but was easy to regulate temperature using indicator on regulator. Seems to be a quality product. So tired of Chinese junk on the market.

I have had two pressure cookers break on me and I was not able to replace the parts. I decided to treat myself to a more expensive, but likely better quality product and so far, it's been great!

Works just as well as the big one, much lighter to handle. Nice for small batches of beans, quick to heat, food depth deep enough even on small batches.
