This has become my favorite pan! In fact, it's the ONLY pan that I've been using since I received this one. It truly is non-stick, so if you plan on frying food, just a bit of oil is needed. It's very durable as well, the pan is very heavy!! I recommend using wooden or rubber cooking utensils to keep the longevity of the beautiful coating

The pan definitely looks and feels high quality. The nonstick feature is great. It's so nice to use and clean. My foods do not stick and I can effortlessly clean them afterwards. The size and shape is great as well. I like that it has a raised edge to be able to hold more. The handle has a unique notch to help pouring out of the pan I assume. The only complaint is that it's a bit heavy, almost as heavy as a cast iron pan. This is probably due to the quality of the materials. Nevertheless I still enjoy using this!

This pan is AMAZING! I was a bit concerned at first—as immediately upon receiving it, I noticed how heavy the pan itself was—but that really is the only downside to it. It quickly became my go-to pan for just about anything; pan-frying, sautéing, stir-frying, etc. the diameter is big enough so that I can comfortably fit most of what I'm cooking in one go. It's also deep enough that it contains most, if not all of any oil splatters. The nonstick component works like a charm, which makes cleanup a breeze.

Great quality of construction, thick bottom to hold the heat. After having the pan a week it is holding up great and with a little bit of oil nothing sticks. Would buy other sizes to make a full set

This is a great pan. It cooked the food evenly and nothing stuck. I was able to cook at a lower setting because of the distribution of the heat. It was easy to clean.

Perfect for family meals

I've only used this a few times, but so far it's a great piece of kitchen equipment. I love the little extras like the safety handle and the wider edge at the top. It's perfect size for cooking for a few people -- it's got good depth, but it doesn't make it too heavy. I also LOVE that it's dishwasher safe! The nonstick seems to work well for the couple of times I've used it so far.

Best non-stick pan I've ever used

I've used a variety of non-stick pans over the years and most are fairly disappointing. They either have sticky sections or the coating peels off pretty easily. The Fissler frying pan is the best I've ever used. I've cooked eggs, cheese sauce, meat and more. I haven't had any issues with food sticking and the pan is very easy to clean. I find myself cooking with this pan much more frequently compared to my more expensive Caphalon cookware. Highly recommend this pan!

First off, this thing is like a brick. So sturdy. Well built and incredibly ergonomic from a handling perspective. I stopped using the microwave at all and cook everything now so this pan has come in perfect. No issues. Cleans easily. Would highly recommend it.

This pan is great. It is very heavy, so just be aware. But the weight and thickness is a good sign of quality. It combines the thickness and even heating of a thick steel pan with the non stick qualities. Hopefully it will last many years but it has been a great pan so far. We use it every day.

This pan is exactly what i needed. It is so heavy and well made, and I have been cooking everything in it. It heats evenly, even on my electric stove. I have made pork chops, eggs, vegetables and many more dishes in this pan with no use. It is a very heavy pan, so I would be careful when carrying it. I need to use two hands. It is dishwasher safe, but I prefer to wash it by hand. It doesn't take much scrubbing power to hand wash, so I don't mind. This is an overall great pan, and I am very happy with it.

Sturdy and reliable fry pan

If you're trying to upgrade your kitchen then you need this. It is beyond worth the price. It comes packaged safely so it doesn't bounce around. The first thing I noticed was the weight. A little less heavy than a cast iron pan. My first use was a fried egg which is great to try because you'll know instantly how the heat is distributed and how food will stick to the fan. The butter bubbles nicely and didn't brown immediately. The egg came off easy peasy. I've used it for orange chicken and taco meat since then. I'm just leaving it on the stove top for daily use.

High quality but extremely heavy

I had never heard of the Fissler brand before now, so this is my first experience with the brand. My first impression was this skillet was extremely well made and of high quality. I have never owned a pan this heavy-duty and nice before. It works perfectly for my glass top stove. The handle feels nice in the hand and is easy to hold. I noticed immediately that it does take a little longer to heat this pan, but once it's heated, it retains heat for a long time and I can turn the heat down or completely off before I'm done cooking and finish the dish off that way. It does heat extremely evenly. The nonstick is just okay, I did have to take a little oil on a paper towel and rub it on the pan for eggs and omelets not to stick to it. One downfall to this skillet is that it's extremely heavy, I feel like it's heavier than it needs to be and it's a workout on your arms just to cook with it. Lastly, with it being so heavy, it's hard to move around properly to sauté. All in all, the quality is there, but I don't feel like this would be a pan that I would reach for every day.

This is a heavy duty, high quality frying pan! I was instantly impressed by the overall durability of this piece of cookware. I have never owned a pan made of such solid construction. This has to be the heaviest frying pan I have ever seen, it weighs around 10lbs empty! Unlike the other frying pans I own, this pan is not budging on the stovetop. I am so used to keeping a careful eye and hovering hand on my pans as I'm cooking that this pan's self-reliance was astonishing. The pan has such excellent weight distribution that it did not move even a centimeter on the burner. While it does take a minute to heat up, it retains heat beautifully and evenly. Unlike other pans, there were no hot spots or uneven cooking areas. I was very impressed that I was able to fry country fried steak without the usual rotating pieces and the pan as I cook. This pan offered an evenly hot surface on all cooking areas. This pan is not meant to be used at high heat but rather at a lower temp and it really does perform as described in the accompanying brochure. This frying pan did not heat up too quickly or overheat at all while using it. I have used this pan to make at least a dozen dinners now and each experience has been exceptional. I have told so many people I know about the wonders of this Fissler Adamant Premium Fry Pan and recommended they too get a Fissler pan. I can see this pan lasting for many, many years to come. The price tag on this pan is quite a bit higher than I would typically consider for 1 piece of cookware. After having owned and used this pan for a while now I can honestly say that it is worth the price. The pan really performs well and gives me the impression that with the correct care it will last for long enough to justify the cost. I am now considering expanding my Fissler cookware collection and believe that I will buy their products in the future.

I've been wanting to replace my old cookware for some time, so when I was given this to review I was over the moon. I'd never heard of this brand before, so I was thrilled to learn more about the company and the pan itself. This thing is the real deal. Not only does it have some good weight/heft to it, but it does the job. Eggs? Not a problem. Sautéing? Gorgeous. Everything came out cooked evenly and didn't leave annoying messes in the pan I'd need to seriously scrub. I've been having some shoulder and wrist issues, so the fact this was easy to clean makes me very, very happy. Now I want to see what else they have on their website I can buy! Don't sleep on this pan. It's a godsend!

Solid Pan, Easy Clean-Up

The Fissler Adamant frying pan lives up to its reputation as a German-made product. I had high expectations going in, and it did not disappoint. I chose to stir-fry some baos as the initial cook test. Normally, it's hard to pan fry them because they stick to the bottom of the pan (unless you put in an unspeakable amount of oil), but with the Fissler, I was able to achieve a decent sear on the bottoms of the baos (they even slid effortlessly!) with minimal use of oil. Cleaning up was a breeze - nothing stuck, so I just needed some dish soap to take out any remaining grease. One thing to note is that this pan is on the heavier side. Washing it, I'd say it's like handling a gallon of water. If you have weaker wrists, I'd suggest putting it in the dishwasher to clean, since one of the advantages of this pan is that it's dishwasher-safe.

I have used different brands of non-stick pans, Fissler Adamant Comfort is the best so far! It has a comparatively wider bottom design so it gives more capacity! The non-stick function is satisfactory. It's not as easy to clean as other brands, but I'm happy with it. It is heavy, so it shows it's quality, but it has a little bit of a bulky feel. All in all I'm happy with it!

Simply the best pan

I've been using this pan for the past two weeks to cook different meals and I can say I'm very pleased with it. This pan feels very solid, heats evenly and seems very durable. I used it to fry egg, grill chicken and fish, and fry vegetable. Every time, it did a great job and I'm surprised nothing sticks to it even when using no oil. I think it's a bit pricy but considering the durability, I think it's definitely a great investment.

Overall, this was a great pan. It was durable, and not heavy or flimsy. I have cooked fried chicken, eggs, and steak in this pan. Everything cooked throughly and evenly. The food tasted great. The clean up was a breeze. I would highly recommend this pan. I will definitely purchase another one.
