This pan is absolutely first class. Its generous size accommodates large batches for hosting holidays or dinner for the family. There is plenty of space in this high performance pan. I easily braised meat and finished stroganoff all in this one pan. It heats evenly and keeps food warm when the burner is turned off. I love the dual handles on this high quality casserole pan. The size of these cool handles makes it easy and safe to carry a pan full of hot food. It is oven safe and being stainless steel it can be used to cook acidic foods and won't alter the taste. How beautiful would this pan look sitting on your table?

This versatile pan is my new favorite. From searing pork chops to stirring up gravy, it was top notch. The heavy pan bottom sits tightly to my cook top and heats evenly. I love the beefy handles and the fact that the pan is oven proof. I can recommend this product to everyone.

This impressive stainless steel pan is amazing and a true heirloom piece. It is sturdy and very well constructed. It heats fast with even heat distribution and retention while cooking. The helper handle on this large pan makes it easy to work with. The flared rim makes for no- mess pouring. It has riveted handles but the rivets do not go all the way through adding to the ease of cleanup. I love cooking with this pan and will be adding more Fissler products to my kitchen. I can't say enough about this pan - it is stunning!

I bought this pot confident of Fissler quality ( I have two Fissler pressure cookers). The Profi 4.9 casserole exceeded my expectations. It is sturdy yet beautiful, and a joy to use. I have used it so far to cook vegetables at different speeds and it performs perfectly. The handles are cool even on a gas cooktop, so nice! Thank you for a wonderful product!
