Perfectly crispy meat

This pan's unique design creates the perfect crispy meat! Ideal for chicken, pork chops, pan-fried steaks and anything else that can benefit from a nice crust. Good weight and easy to clean. The metal handle works well for meats that need to finish some cooking time in the oven (when a plastic handle just won't do). I can highly recommend this pan!

Bought the 9 & 12 inch with lids at a garage sale in the middle of nowhere, South Eastern New York State in Steuben County.

Innovative pan provides crispy food and easy clean up

This innovative pan is designed to help make food crispy and it does just that. I used the Fissler tempered glass lid along with this pan. I added very little fat for frying my fish and it cooked evenly; was crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The heat was distributed well and the food did not stick to this generously sized pan. I love the addition of the measuring markings inside the pan which will come in handy for sauces. The handle stayed cool and it was amazingly easy to clean. Love it and recommend it.
