1 million dollars is a little overpriced for a pan

1 million dollars is a little overpriced for a pan

no, no... it's worth a million bucks....

I bought one of these - though significantly less that the 1 million dollars list price seen here. It is a great pot and works like a million bucks... having said that, it does seem as if they got some zeros wrong because mine was a lot less. I got the 2.5 quartish one, just the right size for most of my uses and it's fabulous and I payed less that 150.- including my states sales tax and shipping at a discount vendor - that doesn't feel inexpensive for a pot. 6 month ago I bought a set of 5 pots for 100.-, also a german brand, though not made there, good pots and pans as well, stainless, very happy with those as well, they even go along well in looks with this one. so this is one pot, and a small one and 50% more... but I have to say - worth it.... and this one I now use more often than all the other ones combined. Works well and feels safe. I also looked at the Indian system with the lid inside the pot... I have friends who are good with those and it does seem nifty as well, however, this system somehow seems to work better for me.
