Shipping and Handling

If you have any questions about Shipping and Handling, we will be happy to give you the right answer - via our FAQs and also personally.

All orders over $50 ship for free in the US. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is free for orders over $150. We do not ship in any other countries than the US, Canada and Mexico. We are sorry but we cannot do any exceptions.

We do not ship the souspreme multi pot to Canada.

Returns are allowed within 30 days in the original packaging and the original brown shipping box and only on non-promotional items. Please contact Fissler’s friendly customer service at cs(at) for a pre-paid return label. You will get a full refund once we have received the item back and we have inspected your item. You will have to bring the return to a UPS store. UPS does not pick up any returns.

No returns are allowed on items where you have applied a discount code.

Once you have placed the order, you cannot change the order even if the order has not shipped. Please check if all informations are correct before you submit the order. All webshop orders have highest priority and they get processed immediately even though the item may ship the next day. If you have identified an error later, make sure you contact customer service via email at cs(at) and don’t forget to add the order number (starts with 600000….) to the email.

If you have submitted a wrong address and the order gets shipped back to us due to the wrong address, we will ship the order again to the corrected address but you need to pay shipping. If you do not want to get the item, we will refund you the full amount minus $30 (for handling and shipping). Make sure, you submit the correct address.

Once the order ships, you will get an email with the tracking number. If you do not get a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or junk email folder. The email will be in this folder. If you cannot locate a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days, please contact Fissler’s friendly customer service at cs(at) Don’t forget to add the order number.
