The Ceratal® frying pan is the ceramic alternative for gentle and crispy frying of meat, vegetables and egg dishes. The frying pan has a water-based ceramic coating with a very good non-stick effect - free of PFAS/PTFE. It is suitable for gentle as well as crispy frying and thus shows special appreciation for the people for whom we cook.

    This pan is wonderful to use. I use Medium-low heat in the beginning, when pan is heated I turned to Low heat. I use the pan to cook eggs, or brown meat. The result has been excellent. I don't know how long the non-stick coating will last, so I give 4 stars.
