Everything you need for pressure cooking

In a pressure cooker or pressure skillet, you can prepare delicious food quickly and efficiently. In addition, this type of cooking is particularly healthy, because the gentle cooking preserves the vitamins and nutrients.  This also applies to color, taste and consistency. The easy cleaning of all individual parts makes the cooking process extremely simple.

The Fissler pressure cooker sets combine several high-quality pressure cooking products in one set.

Pressure Cooker Sets

When is a pressure cooker set worthwhile?

Different portion sizes require different cooker sizes. Different preparation methods also mean that one standard cooker is no longer enough for demanding cooks.

Fissler pressure cooker sets are the ideal choice if you are cooking for a different number of people and want to prepare a variety of meals.

Pressure cookers and pressure skillets with CookStar® bottoms are suitable for all types of stoves and optimized for induction stoves. Products with Superthermic® bottoms are also suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.

FAQ

Pressure cookers cook food under pressure with steam in a hermetically sealed pot. This allows food to be cooked at temperatures of up to 240°F.  This saves time, energy, and preserves the vitamins and flavor.

The higher temperature in the pot shortens cooking times by up to 70% compared to conventional cooking. This can save up to 50% energy. By excluding atmospheric oxygen and thanks to the short cooking times, the food is also cooked very gently. Vitamin, mineral and aroma substances are better preserved, colors remain fresh and the inherent flavor is intense.

Pot and lid (without cooking crown, handle and sealing ring) can be cleaned in the dishwasher. The cooking crown, lid handle and sealing ring must be cleaned by hand.

We recommend treating the pot and lid with stainless steel care if necessary or if the stainless steel surface changes visually. This makes the stainless steel more resistant to salts and acidic foods. Residues of the care products should always be washed off thoroughly.
