The different types of pans
Non-stick pans: versatile and comfortable frying
Non-stick pans are part of the basic equipment of any kitchen. Thanks to the non-stick coating, food no longer sticks or burns. Fissler water-based non-stick coatings are manufactured in Germany and are particularly easy to clean.
Fissler was the first German cookware manufacturer to start producing non-stick pans in 1956, and our goal has been to provide passionate cooks with pans that make a difference. Pans that give you the best cooking experience. Whether for gently frying delicate foods or for crispy searing, Fissler has the right non-stick frying pan for every recipe.
Non-stick Fissler are made of up to 60% recycled aluminum and have water-based and particularly durable non-stick coatings with an excellent non-stick effect. They are manufactured as sustainably as possible in our state-of-the-art production facility in Rhineland-Palatinate.
Non-stick Fissler pans feature first-class coatings with a non-stick effect:

Using non-stick cookware is safe and especially convenient: nothing burns or stick in a Fissler non-stick fry pan. To extend the life of a non-stick pan, there are a few tips and tricks to keep in mind:
We recommend using silicone or wooden kitchen utensils.
Don't use sharp objects like forks and knives.
Simply clean non-stick pans with a soft sponge cloth, warm water, and some dishwashing liquid.
Fissler pans are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher. We recommend washing by hand to preserve the non-stick effect and extend the life of the pan.
Make sure in advance that your pan is suitable for use in the oven.
The Fissler pan philosophy: different pans for different recipes. Depending on what you want to prepare, you should choose the right pan:
Searing at high temperatures, we recommend a stainless-steel pan. Stainless steel pans are robust, durable and dishwasher safe.
