Recipe Ingredients
2-1/4 lbs. ||potatoes (hard-boiling, preferably Yukon Gold)||
1 ¼ cups ||vegetable stock||
1 tsp. ||mustard||
||Salad herbs (to taste)||
4-5 tbsp.|| vinegar||
1|| medium-sized onion||
2 tbsp. ||oil||
1 tsp.|| raw cane sugar||
||Green rings from a spring onion, if desired||

Swabian Potato Salad

Recipe Instructions

Step 1:


Peel and wash potatoes. Cut into slices (not too thin).||

Step 2:


Mix potatoes with stock, mustard, salt, vinegar, pepper, and salad herbs inside the pressure cooker and secure the lid.||

Step 3:


Cook potatoes for around 3-4 minutes. As soon as the green ring appears, depressurize and open the pressure cooker.||

Step 4:


Mix in diced onions and oil. If necessary, add some salt and pepper. Sprinkle with green spring onion rings.||
